• Bringing your A-game toInstagramideating and creating content strategies that vibe with our brand.
• UsingPhotoshopor other creative suites like a pro (or learning to).
• Managing data and processes withExcel(boring but necessary).
• Organizing chaosclear communication, sharp organizational skills, and a humble attitude are non-negotiable.
• Sharing your opinions (yes, we want to hear them!) and contributing ideas to make Ginna better every day.
• Rolling with the punchesbecause startup life is a team sport, and we all pitch in wherever needed.

What you should know:

• This is anon-site role. No work-from-home vibes here.
• Knowledge of fashion design is a bonus, but were not asking you to designjust bring your taste, judgment, and willingness to learn.
