El Sol Strategic Consultants is a fast-growing marketing and communications agency working with leading brands across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, F&B and consumer categories. We specialize in influencer marketing, brand strategy, digital campaigns, creator collaborations and end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Research & Shortlisting

• Identify and shortlist influencers that align with brand objectives and campaign requirements.
• Track emerging creators, trends, formats and platform updates.

Campaign Coordination

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram and other platforms.
• Communicate with influencers or their managers to finalise deliverables, timelines, approvals and content guidelines.
• Ensure timely execution of send-outs, content deliveries and campaign milestones.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Monitor influencer content, engagement and campaign KPIs.
• Compile post-campaign performance reports with key insights.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Contribute ideas for creative content formats, influencer strategies and brand initiatives.

Monitoring and Research

Monitor traditional and new age media, including newspapers, journals, broadcasts, social media, and blogs, for client opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive Mindset: Eagerness to learn, take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for social media, digital trends and influencer culture is a plus.

Timings: 9:30 AM 6 PM
