Position:Finance Manager Family Office (Investment & Portfolio Management)
Location: Mumbai
Experience Range: 3-10 Years (depending on industry and qualifications)
Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Role Objective
To manage and grow the family office investment portfolio across multiple asset classes and structures, develop strategic investment opportunities, and strengthen financial product innovation aligned with NBFC growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Management:
Oversee and evaluate investments acrossEquity, Debt, Real Estate, REITs, InvITs, Private Equity, and Structured Products .
Conductin-depth financial and risk analysis of existing and prospective instruments.
Liaise withfund managers, wealth managers, and institutional partners for deal evaluations and ongoing performance reviews.
Manage fund flows, cash allocation, and ensure portfolio diversification and liquidity management.
Strategy & Product Development:
Identify and structure new investment instruments to enhance the family offices financial ecosystem.
Contribute to thedevelopment of innovative NBFC products , bonds, or structured notes aligned with capital efficiency goals.
Collaborate with external advisors for compliance, taxation, and fund structuring strategy.
Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting:
Perform regular performance analytics on the portfolio, benchmarking against relevant indices.
Develop reporting dashboards for tracking asset allocation, NAV movement, IRR, and risk-adjusted returns.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure all investments adhere to RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory frameworks.
Track operational and risk metrics for NBFCs and allied entities.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA (India/Global) or MBA (Finance / Investments).
Experience:
310 years ininvestment management, corporate finance, family office, or NBFC treasury functions .
Exposure to alternative investments (AIFs, REITs, InvITs, PE) and portfolio analytics preferred.
Familiarity with financial modeling, valuation, and market due diligence.
Skills:
Analytical and quantitative acumen.
Proficient with financial modelling tools and investment software.
Strong network among fund managers and product specialists.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
