We are a physician-owned clinic network building a program that helps people live longer, healthier lives. Not reactive medicine. Not just treating disease. We focus on prevention, metabolic health, and helping people feel their best at every age.

We need a Family Medicine physician who believes the same thing.

What you will do

• Lead our Longevity and Preventive Health program
• Help patients prevent diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and metabolic decline before it happens
• Consult patients via teleconsultation (online) flexible schedule, no daily clinic required
• Design clinical pathways focused on long-term health outcomes
• Guide a small team of dietitians and health coaches
• Build this program with us as we scale it nationally

Who we are looking for

• MD or DNB in Family Medicine
• Genuine interest in longevity, preventive medicine, and metabolic health
• Believes that quality of life matters as much as treating disease
• Can consult in English and Hindi other languages a strong plus
• Comfortable leading a program independently and making clinical decisions
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cochin, Thiruvalla, or Kottayam
• Available to join immediately or within 30 days
