Job description:

Lead configuration, optimisation, and administration of FICO Falcon Fraud Manager across all relevant portfolios (Cards, Payments, Digital, ATM).
Manage Falcon strategies, model scores, rule logic, and reason codes to drive actionable fraud decisions.
Analyse model outputs, override rates, and alert quality to continuously improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives.
Oversee release cycles, regression testing, and validation for strategy or model changes.
Good understanding on Fraud and its process.
