About the role:

We are inviting applications from exceptional and dedicated scholars for various faculty positions — including Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor — in the Computer Science discipline to join globally reputed international universities establishing their campuses in India.

This is a prestigious opportunity to contribute to a transformative initiative that aims to bring world-class standards in education, research, and innovation to India’s higher education landscape.

We are particularly seeking candidates with strong academic credentials and a proven research record from top-tier global institutions, who are passionate about advancing Computer Science education and scholarship in a dynamic, multicultural environment, and are enthusiastic about teaching at international campuses being launched in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, aligned with both Indian academic context and the curriculum and pedagogy of the parent campus (US, UK, or Australia); mentor students in their academic, research, and career development.
• Co-develop and regularly update curriculum in collaboration with faculty at the home campus to reflect international standards and emerging trends in Computer Science.
• Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research; secure grants; publish in top-tier venues; and engage in collaborative projects with global and local academic partners.
• Contribute to institutional governance, academic planning, accreditation, student advising, and committee work.
• Build industry partnerships to support research, innovation, internships, and student placements; encourage interdisciplinary teaching and research.
• Support the development of a new international campus in India by promoting a cross-cultural, inclusive, and future-oriented academic environment.
• Stay current with advancements in technology, pedagogy, and global academic practices through continuous learning and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ph.D. or equivalent in Computer Science or a closely related discipline from a recognized and reputable institution, or currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program nearing completion (for entry-level positions).
• Strong record of scholarly research with publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed international journals.
• Proven teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, preferably at globally ranked or reputed institutions.
• For Visiting/Adjunct Faculty positions, significant industry experience combined with strong academic credentials may be considered.
