Faculty - Physiotherapy

The Assam Royal Global University, Guwahati, a leading institution dedicated to excellence in education and research, invites applications for the position of Faculty in Physiotherapy. The selected candidate will contribute to teaching, research, clinical practice, and academic administration of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Physiotherapy.
• Guiding and mentoring students in academics, research, and clinical training.
• Conducting high-quality research and contributing to publications, conferences, and projects.
• Assisting in departmental activities, curriculum design, and continuous academic improvement.
• Participating in community outreach, clinical practice, and extension activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Professor

• Masters Degree in Physiotherapy (M.P.T./M.Th.P./M.Sc. P.T.) with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever applicable) from a recognized University.

Candidates with Ph.D. will be given preference.

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum eight years of teaching/research/academic experience as an Assistant Professor.

Professor

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum ten years of teaching/research/academic experience, including guidance of doctoral students.
