THE ROLE

We're looking for a dedicated Faculty Member from a nursing background to teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of rural healthcare professionals.

Position: Faculty

Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing

Experience Required:

- 2 years of clinical experience

- 1 year of teaching experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead theory and practical training sessions

Conduct internal assessments and student evaluations

Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars

Design engagement programs and learning strategies

Identify students with learning difficulties and run support classes

Drive innovation in pedagogy to improve student outcomes
