Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Academic & Faculty Manager who will work very closely with

SSEI leadership to build, manage, and scale the faculty ecosystem across consumer

(B2B2C) and institutional (B2B) programs.

This is a high-ownership role combining faculty hiring, academic quality control,

scheduling, and leadership coordination .Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, negotiate with, and hire faculty across finance and allied

domains

Manage faculty quality through content review, demo evaluations, student

feedback, and ongoing monitoring

Compile and curate faculty content (recorded videos, sessions, academic

material)

Roster faculty schedules across live, recorded, and institutional programs

Coordinate meetings between faculty and SSEI leadership ; document and

circulate MoMs, notes, and action items

Act as the academic bridge between faculty, leadership, and B2B partners

Ensure consistent academic standards across all SSEI offerings

Candidate Profile

Strong experience in academic management, faculty coordination, or education

operations

Comfortable working with senior faculty and leadership teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills

Background in finance education / edtech / universities preferred

Willingness to relocate to Kolkata
