Role Description

The Faculty Graphic & Animation role is a full-time on-site position located in Ghaziabad. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching and training sessions in graphic design and animation to bachelor's and diploma students, developing and updating curriculum, preparing instructional materials, and evaluating students progress. The faculty member will also work on engaging students with real-world industry practices and fostering a creative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Deep Knowledge in Graphic Design, Animation, and related software tools such as Photoshop, Coral Draw, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate CC, After effects, Premiere pro, Sound forge, Max/Maya, Adobe Premier suite, Blender etc recent 2d and 3d designing softwares.
• Strong teaching, communication, and presentation skills to effectively guide students
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional material design
• Significant practical knowledge of both design concepts and industry-standard techniques
• Ability to engage students with innovative teaching methods and support their creative development
• Masters/Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, along with prior teaching or industry experience

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction & Curriculum Development:Design and deliver comprehensive lessons on 2D/3D animation, graphic design, visual effects, and motion graphics.
• Software Training:Teach industry-standard tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Maya, Blender, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Unreal Engine.
• Student Mentorship:Guide students in creating professional-grade portfolios, showreels, and projects for job readiness.
• Assessment & Evaluation:Grade assignments, evaluate creative work, and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Industry Alignment:Keep curriculum updated with current industry trends, technologies, and artistic techniques.
• Classroom Management:Conduct interactive online or offline lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions.
