Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Manager to lead the selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of advanced manufacturing and quality applications in a semiconductor fab and/or OSAT environment. This role demands deep expertise in Remote Operations Center technologies, dispatching and scheduling systems, capacity simulation, planning, and advanced manufacturing solutions including YMS, defectivity analysis, RMS/ECMS, and APC/R2R. The ideal candidate will leverage AI to drive intelligent automation and predictive capabilities across operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for manufacturing OT systems, integrating Remote Operations Center, dispatching, scheduling, and planning platforms.
• Drive AI-enabled initiatives for predictive defectivity analysis, yield improvement, and intelligent dispatching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize RMS/ECMS and APC/R2R systems.
• Oversee capacity simulation and planning tools to support dynamic fab and OSAT operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of YMS and MES platforms with enterprise systems.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions using AI and data analytics.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology roadmaps for continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Remote Operations Center, dispatching, scheduling, capacity simulation, and planning tools.
• Expertise in YMS, RMS/ECMS, defectivity analysis, and APC/R2R systems.
• Demonstrated success in applying AI to manufacturing operations.

Desired Experience Level

• 10+ years in OT solution management within semiconductor fab or OSAT environments.
