About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Facility Manager to join our Facilities Management team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in client relationship management within the FM sector.
Assist Operations Director in day-to-day client relationship management
Monitor and report on service delivery performance against agreed KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of FM services
Prepare and present regular client reports and updates
Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic account planning
Identify and communicate potential upselling opportunities within existing accounts
Support the development and implementation of client retention strategies
Assist in resolving client issues and escalations in a timely manner
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in FM
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field • 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or related role (FM experience is a plus) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Basic understanding of facilities management principles and practices • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Desired Skills: • Familiarity with CRM systems • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in facilities management • Understanding of sustainability practices in FM • Experience with data analysis and reporting
