NCR VOYIX is searching for a qualified facilities manager to work alongside security and maintenance staff to maintain the our workplaces. The facilities manager oversees all aspects of workplace and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff, Budgeting, real estate related Procurement & related invoices ( ERP), . Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.

Objectives of this role

• Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures
• Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements
• Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments
• Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors
• Handle insurance contracts
• Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol. 
• Financial Acumen: Budgeting, Invoicing 
• Procurement: PO management

Responsibilities

• Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members
• Run routine maintenance inspections
• Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
• Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
• Support maintenance and installation work as needed

Skills and qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Great leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate or equivalent of 10 + years of experience. 
• Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional leadership experience
• Contract handling experience
