Designation Sr Facility Executive/ Executive - Technical

Location Bengaluru

Reporting To Facility Manager /Sr. Manager Facility


Role & Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing the Facilities needs.
  • Working with both the facilities manager & the assistant facilities manager, youll oversee the propertys day-to-day operations & ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, & facility services are covered. Likewise, youll strive for continuous improvement in the process.
  • Youll keep an eye out on the propertys supplies & ensure that it has adequate stocks & materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise, youll manage supply & service contracts as approved by clients.
  • Youll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, & business continuity plans. Youll also be on top of health & safety issues that may arise and actively participate in reviewing them.


  1. Routine site round and critical area inspections
  2. Responsibility and attentiveness for the Tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.
  3. Shift wise M&E Stock record & update
  4. Vendor Management (working at the site)
  5. Coordination with the LL team
  6. Coordination with the Site FM team for the daily basis activities
  7. Managing and preparations of material BOQ if required any
  8. Managing and shifting manpower deployments
  9. Inventory Management/Store management
  10. Ensuring checklists updated upkeep of the facility
  11. Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and monthly reports
  12. Energy consumption and data management
  13. Managing weekly, Monthly FM & LL MOMs
  14. Maintaining records of admin reports
  15. Incident reports/records and tracker management
  16. Managing Technical equipment data sheets lining of manpower and vendor as per the 52 weeks PPM calendar schedules
  17. M&E team briefings,
  18. Daily basis observations and closures
  19. Record of PPM & Service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM planner
  20. Work permits its issuance and records
  21. Gate pass and the material movements
  22. Providing the data and reports to the client as required
  23. Time to time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers
  24. Time to time Training for the M&E teams
  25. M&E team Attendance and records
  26. Shift jobs and 6 days working

Skillset required

a. Strong knowledge of property operations

b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.

c. Solid background in team management.


Experience (Years) required

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience


Qualification

B.Tech (Electrical) / Graduate + ITI Technical Course
