Designation Sr Facility Executive/ Executive - Soft

Location Chennai

Reporting To Facility Manager /Sr. Manager Facilities


Role & Responsibilities


  • Prioritizing the Facilities needs.
  • Working with both the facilities manager & the assistant facilities manager, youll oversee the propertys day-to-day operations & ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, & facility services are covered. Likewise, youll strive for continuous improvement in the process.
  • Youll keep an eye out on the propertys supplies & ensure that it has adequate stocks & materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise, youll manage supply & service contracts as approved by clients.
  • Youll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, & business continuity plans. Youll also be on top of health & safety issues that may arise and actively participate in reviewing them.
  • Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, youll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. Youll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service-level agreements.


  1. Routine site round and critical area inspections
  2. Responsibility and attentiveness for the Tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.
  3. Vendor Management (working at the site)
  4. Coordination with the LL team
  5. Coordination with the Site FM team for the daily basis activities
  6. Managing and preparations of material BOQ if required any
  7. Managing and shifting manpower deployments
  8. Inventory Management/Store management
  9. Ensuring checklists updated upkeep of the facility
  10. Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and monthly reports
  11. Energy consumption and data management
  12. Managing weekly, Monthly FM & LL MOMs
  13. Maintaining records of admin reports
  14. Aligning of manpower and vendor as per the 52 weeks PPM calendar schedules
  15. SS team briefings,
  16. Daily basis observations and closures
  17. Work permit issuance and records
  18. Shift jobs and 6 days working

Skillset required

a. Strong knowledge of property operations

b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.

c. Solid background in team management.


Experience (Years) required

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience


Qualification

Graduate / Hotel Management Graduate
