Job Description

The Patient Liaison Officer will manage international patients undergoing health check-ups, coordinating their journey from the initial inquiry through return travel. The role involves clinical coordination, hospitality services, and patient experience management, with seamless coordination with the MeddiTour team if further treatment is required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in Healthcare / MSW / Allied Health preferred
• 0 2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, international patient services, or hospitality
• Strong verbal and written English (additional languages preferred)
• Cultural sensitivity and professional grooming
• Proficiency in CRM / Patient Management Software
• Ability to manage time-sensitive cases and flexible schedules
• Strong problem-solving and escalation handling skills
