Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Facilitator role based in Hyderabad. The Facilitator will be responsible for managing and delivering engaging learning experiences, developing lesson plans, and ensuring that the curriculum meets the educational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include fostering a positive learning environment, mentoring students, and collaborating with faculty to create innovative teaching methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional skills in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to manage classroom challenges effectively
• Experience in educational technology tools and teaching methodologies is preferred
• Passion for education and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field; a teaching certification will be an advantage
