Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Facebook & Instagram Ads Management
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Monitor performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.)
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies
Scale winning campaigns and troubleshoot underperforming ads
Client Support & Communication
Handle client questions related to ad performance, leads, and account issues
Explain results and strategy in simple, non-technical language
Resolve issues related to ads rejection, delivery, billing, or lead quality
Maintain strong relationships by providing timely updates and solutions
Strategy & Reporting
Develop advertising strategies based on client goals
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Coordinate with creative and copy teams for better results
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager)
Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
Experience handling client communication and problem-solving
Knowledge of lead generation campaigns and funnels
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience working with agencies
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking
Experience in service-based or local business advertising.
