We are seeking a bright and curious intern or executive to join our Facebook Ads team! This

is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the entire Facebook Ads

lifecycle, from campaign creation and audience targeting to data analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and management of Facebook Ads campaigns for various clients or internalinitiatives.

Conduct research to identify target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviours.

Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience.

Help with A/B testing different ad variations to optimize performance.

Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Facebook Ads features and best practices.

Qualifications:

Enrolled in a marketing, advertising, communications, or related program (or recent graduate).

Strong understanding of social media marketing concepts.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a passion for learning.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
