Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, platform customization, and modern ServiceNow capabilities such as NowAssist and App Engine Studio.


Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with primary focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITSM

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs

Develop and enhance Case Management, workflows, and automation for CSM modules

Work extensively with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)

Build and manage applications using App Engine Studio

Implement and support NowAssist features and AI-driven capabilities

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Configure and maintain CAD (Customer Application Development) components as required

Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards

Support deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements


Must-Have Primary Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM

Expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)

NowAssist implementation and usage

ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

App Engine Studio

CAD (Customer Application Development)

ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
