Facade Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Faade Engineer to join our team. the candidate will be responsible for Development and Execution of faade systems including aluminum, and cladding works. The Role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination with Architects, Consultants, and Contractors, and the ability to ensure that the Faade Systems meet performance, Safety, quality, and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibility :

• Review Architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop appropriate Facade Solutions.
• Prepare and review material specifications, and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and contractors for design approvals and technical clarifications.
• Supervise facade installation works on-site, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering support during fabrication and erection stages.
• Manage material selection, mock-ups, and testing procedures as per project specifications.
• Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and support project managers in monitoring progress and resolving technical challenges.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's /Master's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture / Interior Design ( Master's preferred )
• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in Faade or Related field.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordinating, and project management skill.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for client, consultant, and site coordination.
