Manage the full faade design coordination process from concept to detailed design, construction, testing, and commissioning.
Review faade design documents and specifications to ensure alignment with architectural intent, building codes, and performance criteria.
Coordinate faade design activities with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
Oversee mock-up and performance testing procedures, materials selection, and fabrication shop drawings.
Lead technical discussions and review meetings with consultants, faade contractors, and suppliers.
Evaluate thermal, acoustic, water resistance, air infiltration, fire safety, and structural performance of faade systems.
Review and approve submittals including material data, samples, calculations, and installation methodologies.
Monitor faade design compliance with energy codes, green building certifications, and maintenance considerations.
Supervise faade construction planning including sequencing, access strategies, and integration with site logistics.
Track and resolve faade-related RFIs, design changes, and site coordination issues in collaboration with site engineers.
Support cost and procurement teams with technical specifications and contractor evaluations.
Coordinate regular meetings with contractors and client, prepare and maintain faade-related logs, comment sheets, compliance trackers, and milestone reports.
