Hiring: Senior Manager Fabric Sourcing (Buying House)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15+ Years

CTC: 2025 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Sourcing Professional to join our buying house team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing woven/knit fabrics, vendor management, cost negotiation, and ensuring timely material delivery for key buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain a strong supplier base across India and international markets.
• Source woven, knit, and specialty fabrics as per buyer requirements.
• Conduct market research for new fabric trends, mills, and innovations.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and MOQs to ensure competitive costing.
• Coordinate with merchandising, design, and production teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor fabric development, sampling, and testing processes.
• Resolve sourcing challenges and ensure timely delivery aligned with production timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Fabric Sourcing within a buying house or export house .
• Strong knowledge of mills, sourcing hubs, and fabric types (knits, wovens, linens, denims, blends, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship-management skills.
• Understanding of quality parameters, fabric testing, and compliance standards.
• Ability to handle multiple categories and work in a fast-paced environment.
