FABRIC MANAGER

Role: Fabric Manager

Accountable to : General Manager

Responsibilities: As follows :-

The Fabric manageris chiefly responsible to work with the customer team, to ensure timely deliveries of the New Development, Salesman Sample & Production Orders, provide technical inputs and call outs for the materials used and to effectively work with nominated vendor networks.

Vendor development & relationship

1. Creating strong versatile vendor network within and outside NCR
2. Price control & negotiation - cost managing across the categories.
3. New product development - R & D
4. Exception handling for each Operating Business Units for printing, dying, biling

Store Management .

1. Implementing standard operating procedures within the store .
2. Inventory control - audit bookkeeping .
3. Audit preparation for Internal and Statutory
4. managing

MIS Report

1. Vendor capacity management across the Business operating units

Process audit

1. A/c Balance to processors, Time to TimeReconciliation
2. Overseeing & leadingteam or support staff & monitoring the store duties
3. Weekly & Monthly planning for Procurement, Processing and Final Inspections.
4. Authentication and clearance of Bills

Team Management

1. Ensures that team norms are set and every team member is clear of the role and responsibilities. Sets norms of accountability and all communication flow and recording by each member is done regularly
2. Know and communicate about Team Objectives Set the norms of team work and have clear roles and responsibilities
3. Influencing Trust & Responsibility Build trust, build competence in team members, delegation, coaching
4. Conflict Management Understand team differences ability to mine for conflict, team resolves conflicts face to face
5. Relationship Building within team, among peers able to build relationships with vendors and Internal customers

Salary: 65-80k

Experience: 8 -15 years
