🔍 Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated Process Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Logistics and Billing Operations domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in billing accuracy, operational efficiency, and process automation. This role is critical to ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders, clients, and finance teams, while also identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives using tools like Six Sigma and automation frameworks (e.g., Power BI, RPA tools, Excel Macros).

🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure billing data consistency.
  • Analyze billing data and operational KPIs to identify anomalies, gaps, or inefficiencies.
  • Proactively develop and implement process improvement plans to enhance turnaround time, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Leverage automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel Macros, RPA) to streamline repetitive tasks and generate analytical dashboards.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate and complete records.
  • Lead or participate in Six Sigma projects (Green Belt or higher preferred) to reduce process variation and eliminate waste.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for process errors or deviations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in a billing, operations, or logistics process role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain billing workflows.
  • Proven expertise in Excel (Advanced), Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros.
  • Hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL (preferred), or any other analytics/reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
  • Ability to identify and implement automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt preferred).
  • Power BI or automation certification is a plus.
