This is a full-time, on-site position for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Executive located in Chennai. The F&B Executive will oversee daily operations within the food and beverage department, manage the quality and consistency of food and service, coordinate with staff to ensure a seamless guest experience, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the culinary team, managing inventory, assisting in menu development, and driving customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional dining experiences.

• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage Services, including menu planning, inventory management, and food presentation techniques
• Proficiency in guest service management and implementing exceptional hospitality standards
• Leadership, team coordination, and staff training abilities
• Operational and compliance expertise, including adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with budgeting and cost control for F&B operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant industry software tools
• Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field; prior experience in a similar F&B role is a plus
