Job Description:

Job Title: Senior Assistant - Europe - Import

Contract Duration: 8 Months

Shift Timings:

  • 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years of Experience

Educational Background: Candidates should be from an Accounting or Finance background

Position Overview: This position performs general administrative responsibilities, including the preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small-scale projects. It also involves general office duties such as word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and other assigned duties. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

Job Duties:

  • Creating various billing reports
  • Reviewing and processing bills
  • Performing research and making adjustments as per customer specifications
  • Updating information on edge as per customer/inspector instructions
  • Meeting deadlines to provide timely service to internal/external customers
  • Performing internal audits
  • Conducting basic research and analysis for problem-solving, where procedures do not always exist. The analysis is general but not routine in nature
  • Performing work in accordance with established procedures; judgment is required to select the most appropriate course of action from a few alternatives
  • Engaging in internal or external contacts; tasks may involve explanation, interpretation, discussion, approval, or follow-up on missing information
