EYP Coordinator

The EYP (Early Years Programme) Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum delivery, ensuring adherence to IB standards, and integrating inquiry-based learning strategies. Key responsibilities include guiding teachers, creating lesson plans, monitoring student progress, conducting engaging activities, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for children. The role also includes parental engagement, teacher training, and collaboration with academic leadership to ensure program excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

• Comprehensive understanding of the IB philosophy and experience in early childhood education.
• Proficiency in curriculum planning, development, and implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, students, and parents.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide teaching staff; project management experience is a plus.
• Passion for innovative teaching practices and fostering a child-centered learning environment.
• Formal qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or related fields; IB certifications are preferred.
• Previous experience in coordination roles within IB or other international educational settings.
