Job Summary

The Senior Data Governance Specialist will lead the organization’s data governance initiatives, ensuring the effective management, quality, and security of enterprise data assets. This role will develop and implement data governance policies, establish standards, generating technical lineages, and work cross-functionally to ensure compliance, enhance data quality, and drive business value through data stewardship.

• Data Classification and Enabling Data Quality & Standards
• Data Cataloguing and Stewardship       
• Training and Communication
• Risk Management

Preferred:

• Collibra hands on experience
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Collibra, CDMP, DGSP).
• Experience in SQL scripting
• Familiarity with BI and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in industries with stringent data governance needs, such as finance or healthcare.

• Relevant experience of 2 to 3 years and overall 5+ years of experience
