Job Description: Tableau Developer - GIG
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming complex datasets into intuitive, interactive, and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering high-quality visual analytics solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and performance-optimized Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Translate complex business logic and KPIs into clear, insightful, and user-friendly visualizations.
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness by cross-checking with source systems.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and preparation using Tableau Prep, SQL, or other ETL tools as necessary.
- Apply best practices in dashboard design, including usability, accessibility, responsive layouts, color theory, and data storytelling.
- Publish, manage, and monitor dashboards on Tableau Server, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
- Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, industry trends, and advanced visualization techniques to drive innovation.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Python is an added advantage.
