Job Summary:

As part of the IT Enterprise Data Protection team, this Senior Engineer has primary responsibility of engineering solutions for critical IT data protection and obfuscation activities. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for building solutions, which are flexible, performant, and scalable. Handles complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking. Is able to make judgements and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data. The core team is based out of our headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL, however we are open to our Denver, CO site or our Southfield, MI site (Hybrid workstyle).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Discover the PII across all the databases that are in scope for CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) project leveraging Informatica Data Privacy Management.
_x000d_ • Create ETL process using Power center to keep the database inventory current.
_x000d_ • Review the in scope PII attributes and create the metadata & data rules using the regular expressions.
_x000d_ • Schedule Database scan jobs in DPM to discover the PII.
_x000d_ • Perform manual analysis to curate the scan results for accuracy.
_x000d_ • Support ongoing data protection activities leveraging Informatica test data management tool.
_x000d_ • Create TDM packages for the databases to mask the PII.
_x000d_ • Create & update the masking rules in TDM based on the requirements.
_x000d_ • Automate the masking jobs using Control-M scheduling tool.
_x000d_ • Builds scalable and reliable ETL systems to pull large and complex data together from different systems efficiently.
_x000d_ • Works with Solution Architects to develop ETL/Data Integration/Data Processing Flows.
_x000d_ • Collaborates with other Data Engineers and Data Architects to build optimal and efficient ETL and Database code.
_x000d_ • Supports ETL Batch processing.
_x000d_ • Supports Oracle Deployments which involved deploying the scripts in databases using sqlplus or client tools.
_x000d_ • Provides on-call support of Data Integration Batch processes on a rotating basis and other on-call as required.
_x000d_ • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Note- If the candidate doesn’t have Informatica DPM+TDM together, either of these separately will also suffice

Education/Previous Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and three (3) to five (5) years of relevant development or engineering experience or combination of education, training and experience.

Required:

• Informatica Data Privacy Management, SQL, T-SQL, Control-M (any scheduling tool experience is fine)
_x000d_ • Hands Oracle database engineering skills with exposure to automation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Informatica Test Data Management, Informatica Power Center

Preferred:

• Scripting experience: Python and R

_x000d_ • Hands on experience in ServiceNow, Collaboration tools including automation and integration
