Job Title: Campus Recruitment Coordinator

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Campus Recruitment Coordinator with atleast 15+ years of experience in hiring fresh graduates and recruiting college talents for internships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional coordination and collaboration skills, along with excellent communication abilities. This role will focus on streamlining recruitment operations and enhancing our campus hiring strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Recruitment:

Lead the recruitment process for fresh graduates and interns from various colleges and universities along with our talent team.

 

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various competencies to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate campus recruitment events, campaign sessions, information sessions, and interviews.

 

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the operational aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.

 

Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the talent team and the competencies , throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

 

Talent Development:

  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

 

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in campus recruitment and talent acquisition, specifically focused on fresh graduates and interns.
  • Proven track record of successful hiring initiatives and relationships with educational institutions is a plus.
  • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • MBA in HR is preferable

 

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in operations work related to recruitment processes.

 

Work Environment:

  • Office setting with occasional travel to college campuses for recruitment events.
  • May require flexibility in hours to accommodate campus schedules and events.
