Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sea/ocean freight export operations for food products
Handle export shipments to USA / UAE / UK (at least one mandatory market)
Coordinate with shipping lines, CHAs, freight forwarders, and transporters
Negotiate and manage freight rates, CHA agreements, and service contracts
Oversee export documentation , including BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.
Ensure compliance with food export regulations and country-specific requirements
Handle both dry containers and reefer containers , including temperature control
Identify potential risks in sea freight exports (delays, damages, compliance issues) and implement mitigation plans
Monitor shipment schedules, vessel planning, and timely dispatch
Ensure adherence to liabilities, Incoterms, and contractual obligations
Maintain accurate shipment records and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Key Requirements

Proven experience in sea/ocean freight exports , preferably in food / FMCG industry
Hands-on exposure to at least one international market: USA / UAE / UK
Strong knowledge of export documentation and food compliances
Clear understanding of:
Shipping lines
CHA operations & agreements
Ocean freight rates & cost structures
Liabilities and responsibilities
Experience handling dry and reefer container shipments
Ability to analyze export risks and implement effective solutions

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
