Job Title: Head Exports

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

Reporting To: CEO

Lead and grow the B2B export business for Tea and Coffee across assigned international markets.
Design and execute export strategies, including distributor appointment, capability building, and performance management.
Develop strong relationships with overseas distributors, importers, HoReCa chains, corporates, institutions, and gifting partners.
Own export revenue, profitability, and achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
Review monthly MIS, sales forecasts, and market performance to drive growth and efficiency.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, quality, and marketing teams to ensure smooth export operations and compliance.
Represent the brand at global trade fairs, buyer meets, and key client interactions.
Ensure adherence to export regulations, documentation, and international trade norms.
Bring 10+ years of export or international business experience, preferably in Tea, Coffee, FMCG, or agri-commodities.
