Position : Export Manager (logistics)

Location : Vasai/Borivali, Mumbai

Monday to Saturday

Responsibility:

Export Licensing: Manage, apply for, and maintain all necessary export licenses, permits, and certifications required for shipping manufactured goods to various countries (e.g., BIS, EAR, ITAR, or specific country-level licensing).
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws, including tariffs, duties, and restrictions.
Documentation: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of essential export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and specialized certificates (e.g., Health Certificates, IEC, Free Sale Certificate).
Export Classification: Maintain and enforce accurate export classification (HTS codes) and classification processes for controlled goods.
Audits: Conduct internal audits of export procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Logistics & Operations Management

Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including booking, freight forwarding, shipping, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Liaise with customs brokers, regulatory authorities, and government bodies to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Optimize transport costs and delivery times.
