About the Role

Export Marketing: Identify and engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and support sales conversion.

Responsibilities

Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, CoO, shipping instructions, and ensure DGFT/ICEGATE compliance.
Shipment Coordination: Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely dispatch and tracking.
Client Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication with overseas clients regarding orders, dispatches, and documentation.
Record Management: Maintain audit-ready documentation and export transaction records.
Financial Dimensions: Contribute to export revenue growth and minimize documentation-related delays or penalties.
People Dimensions: Coordinate cross-functionally with stores, accounts, and logistics teams.

Required Skills

Technical/Functional Expertise: Proficiency in export documentation (invoice, packing list, CoO, BL, etc.)
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS Codes, and international shipping protocols
Familiarity with DGFT portal, ICEGATE, and e-Sanchit
Understanding of engineering/electrical product specifications and packaging norms
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools
