Export Control Compliance Officer

·         Work cooperatively and proactively across functional areas to ensure compliance with all export laws, rules, and regulations globally

·         Determine jurisdiction and classify software and hardware products and technologies per export control laws of the item/ technology country of origin;

·         Prepare complex import/export license applications

·      &nb sp;  Review and recommend the use of exemptions and exceptions

·         Develop export control and compliance processes, implement / roll-out to concerned areas and support for ongoing compliance / continuous improvements

·         Provide guidance to Business Units regarding trade compliance regulations and policies/procedures

·         Brief business unit stakeholders on license/agreements provisos/limitations and scope

·         Conduct Export Control compliance training and develop Content for Training

·         Assist with compliance audits and assessments;

·         Prepare export and import documentation

·         Oversee Sanctions Screening Analysis
