Scope

To provide expert-level technical support for BlueYonder Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance optimization. The role involves root cause analysis, performance monitoring, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement of support processes.

What you will do:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support for BlueYonder WMS, addressing complex functional and technical issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead the analysis of a critical incidents and work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external teams to perform root cause analysis, and suggest/implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and stability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of BlueYonder WMS.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in the support process and contribute to the development of best practices and tools.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting BlueYonder WMS or similar warehouse management systems with a strong functional background.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of BlueYonder WMS, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and relevant monitoring tools.
  • SRE/DevOps Skills: Bonus skills in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps, including experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud platforms.
  • SaaS Experience: Experience working with SaaS organizations and managing applications on Microsoft Azure.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
