Experienced Senior Technical Recruiter

Requirements:

Any graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must have experience in lead role dealing with C2H positions in premier IT service companies like IBM, Capgemini, Accenture, Tech Mahindra etc.

This is a remote/hybrid role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract the right-fit candidates for various technical roles through job portals, networking sites, references, and other channels.

Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate and screen candidates to create a shortlist of qualified profiles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Technical Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of key technologies such as SAP, Cloud, and web applications to effectively assess candidate suitability.

Client Coordination : Submit shortlisted profiles to clients and ensure the hiring process is completed within the agreed Turn Around Times (TAT).

Self-Driven & Result Oriented : Work independently with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting recruitment targets.
