Position Overview:

Boeing India Engineering & Technology Centre (BIETC) Team is currently looking for Experienced Product specialist -Enterprise Cloud Concierge to join their IDT&S team in Bangalore, India within the Cloud Development Platform (CDP) Organization. 

Position Responsibilities: 
 

• Ensure established Consult Intake process is followed with all projects seeking engagement with Enterprise Cloud. 
• Support All Requests that are submitted (Internal, External, Undecided) 
• Single focal point for general questions throughout the lifecycle of cloud projects’ onboarding engagement 
• Consult Intake Engagement efforts focus on: 
• Understand project Intake request: Size, payment, costing (FinOps), ESATs, Data Classifications, FE, Dev Only, Prod, Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Offerings 
• Investigate project requirements and use case, help determine the proper Cloud environment and assist project team with onboarding tasks (forms, discussions with Architecture Services, referrals to appropriate resources) 
• Conduct Kick-off meeting and produce notes– Overview of Cloud, Process, Team introduction, Workload Placement Tool, Outsourced support (Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Identify and Access Management, etc.) 
• Assist with Subscription request process. 
• Input to bi-weekly metrics and reporting in support of Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Large Solution Agile Release Train (ART) sync meetings and Business Program Review (BPR) 
• Generation and implementation of improvements relating to EIC specific plan, processes, procedures, etc. 
• Back up for Consulting Services and ECS Consulting Services maintenance and communication mailboxes. 
• Generation of Azure DevOps (ADO) tickets in support of Cloud Consulting Services efforts 
• Identify, propose and/or develop Consulting Services improvements 
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and supporting teams relating to Cloud onboarding efforts 
• Lead, coach and contribute to the development of Consulting Services technical team members through consistent, appreciative guidance, mentoring and learning sessions 
• Remain current on industry standard methodologies and emerging technologies 
• Provide Concierge direction to team members who support this role 
• Adherence to established best practices relating to engagement relating to Concierge role 
• Support Metric, Reporting and Status Reporting requirements and requests for applicable role 
• Timely response to requests for Cloud Engagement and support 
• Integration with dependent teams: Brokerage, Cloud Operations, Finance Operations, Training and Enterprise External Cloud (EEC) team members 
• Ensure that intake request tickets are updated as phases are completed in the onboarding process: Discovery, Architecture Lite, Closed, Cancelled, On-Hold 
• Support Scaled Agile Program Increment (Pl) Planning, ADO integration and SharePoint/ServiceNow Intake Form improvement efforts 
• Manage relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, and partners 
• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Should have proven track record to work in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 
 

• Ability to develop new and innovative improvements using ServiceNow (GSEP) 
• Ability to design and communicate technical/sophisticated information, concepts, and decision points, both verbally and in writing. 
• Working exposure with Agile (Scrum & SAFe) is a must 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
• Comfort working in sophisticated and large-scale environments 
• Understand and able to work within architectural frameworks 
• Experience with Reporting and Analytics 

Typical Education & Experience:

•    Typically, 8-12 years related work experience or Relevant military experience. advanced degree (eg. Bachelor,Master, etc), preferred, but not required.
