This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Non-IT Recruiter at IGlobus Corporate Consulting Private Limited. The Non-IT Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for non-technical roles. The role involves establishing strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, and supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and overall Recruiting processes
• Experience with Hiring and Technical Recruiting, particularly in different industries and non-IT sectors
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in workforce planning and candidate assessment techniques is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
