The successful candidate will play a central role in optimizing investment efficiency and enhancing financial transparency, ensuring that capital is deployed effectively to maximize long-term value creation.

As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, this role reports to an Executive Director who leads strategic investment tracking, governance, and reporting. Agility and Initiative: Demonstrate flexibility in managing shifting priorities, proactively identifying areas for improvement, and taking ownership of high-impact, time-sensitive initiatives.

Influence and Decision Support: Support decision-making by articulating data-driven rationales to influence relevant stakeholders.

Management Reporting: Ensure accuracy and control over ICAP reporting in critical management materials, including Board presentations, Quarterly Financial Reviews, Strategic Updates, and Business Reviews.

Efficient Delivery: Deliver high-quality, precise outputs within tight deadlines, demonstrating accountability and independence.

Team Collaboration: Work independently on specific deliverables while contributing collaboratively to larger team initiatives with a cooperative mindset.

FP&A Expertise: Provide support for budget and forecasting processes, addressing inquiries with strong financial acumen.

Standardization and Automation: Drive the standardization and automation of reporting processes across various segments and functions.

Presentation Skills: Create and deliver impactful presentations, leveraging advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
