About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Exhibit Designer to join our animation and filmmaking studio, which also specializes in immersive centres, museums, and experiential installations. The role involves conceptualizing and designing spatial narratives that blend physical environments with digital content such as animation, projection mapping, AR/VR, and interactive media.

Key Responsibilities

* Conceptualize and design immersive exhibits for museums, experience centres, galleries, and themed installations

* Translate stories, scripts, and narratives into engaging spatial and visual experiences

* Develop exhibit layouts, visitor flow, zoning, and storytelling journeys

* Create design presentations including concept sketches, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations

* Collaborate closely with animation, VFX, interactive, AV, and fabrication teams

* Coordinate with architects, graphic designers, lighting designers, and technical vendors

* Ensure designs are feasible, safe, and aligned with budgets, timelines, and technical constraints

* Support installation, on-site execution, and final walkthroughs when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Degree in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field

* Strong understanding of spatial design, storytelling, and experiential design principles

* Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar

* Experience working with digital media integration (animation, projections, interactive screens, AR/VR)

* Ability to create clear design documentation and presentation decks

Good to Have

* Experience working on museum projects, immersive centres, themed attractions, or experiential installations

* Familiarity with materials, fabrication methods, lighting, and AV systems

* Basic understanding of production workflows for animation, VFX, and interactive media

* On-site execution or installation experience
