Location: Sector 63, Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
Experience Required: 45 years
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Client Servicing Manager for our client in the exhibitions and events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the exhibitions and events sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through meetings and outreach activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Client Servicing
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client objectives and recommend appropriate event and exhibition solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, operations, production, and finance to meet client expectations.
- Ensure clear communication on project timelines, deliverables, and budget requirements.
Project Coordination
- Oversee the planning and execution of events and exhibitions, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor project progress, proactively address issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage invoicing and follow up on timely payment collection.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, project updates, and client feedback.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or a related field.
- Minimum 45 years of experience in business development and client servicing, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of exhibition booth design, production, and event operations is an advantage.
