We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Ex-Founder, having raised funding from Tier-1 VC's. The ideal candidate has successfully built and scaled businesses from 0 to 1 and has experience in tech.

Key Responsibilities

Founder & Talent Sourcing

• Identify and recruit high-potential young entrepreneurs from IITs, IIMs, and other top institutions who are keen to build startups
• Evaluate early ideas and founder-market fit

01 Startup Building

• Work closely with founders to help build startups from idea to PMF
• Support on business strategy, product direction, and go-to-market (GTM) planning
• Act as a thought partner during the earliest, most ambiguous stages

Fundraising Support

• Assist founders in fundraising readiness
• Support pitch decks, storytelling, metrics, and investor positioning
• Coordinate with internal and external investors during fundraising cycles

Cohort & Portfolio Management

• Manage a cohort of ~2530 early-stage startups

Ecosystem & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with internal investment teams, mentors, operators, and external partners
• Build a strong founder and mentor ecosystem around the portfolio

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in early-stage startups, venture capital, venture studios, or founder-led roles
• Strong understanding of 01 journeys, PMF, and GTM motions
• Comfortable working with young founders and first-time entrepreneurs
• Hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
