Executive-IPD Billing

Job Description:

      ·        Prepare and issue the provisional and final bill for the patient/Patient relatives as per the specified TAT.

     ·         To coordinate with financial counselling and provide surgery clearance for the patients scheduled for surgery as per the line of treatment specified.

     ·         Conduct audit of the patient bills with comparison to the OT list for the surgery performed.

     ·         Responsible for the balance amount due of generation final bill.

     ·         Explaining to patient / patient relatives in for any bill clarification.

     ·         Updation of accurate surgical package based on the surgery performed.

     ·         To be aware about the tariff applicable for the various agreements.

     ·       Availing the patient or family spokesperson signature on the consent form without fail for all patients while giving emergency financial clearance for surgery.

     ·        Communicating with doctors and coordinating for the appropriate codes for the surgery while updating the bill.

Job Specification:

Education Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience: 3-8 years
