Executive – SAP MM (APO)

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to support SAP MM activities related to APO-SNP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Material Master creation, APO master data maintenance, and supply chain planning processes. This role involves managing master data accuracy, monitoring integration between S/4 HANA and APO, and ensuring smooth execution of planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

Material Master

• Create and maintain Material Master in SAP MM.
• Perform mass code changes using MM17 and LSMW/LTMC tools.

APO-SNP Support

• Maintain APO Product Master and execute mass changes via MASSD.
• Monitor and clear SCM queues (Inbound/Outbound).
• Manage Transportation Lane, Means of Transport, and Procurement keys.
• Maintain cost parameters (Storage, Procurement, Transportation).
• Support PDS transfer and SNP Planner updates for planning accuracy.

Process Monitoring & Analysis

• Monitor process chains, CIF integration, and batch jobs between S/4 HANA and APO.
• Analyze SWOD, Unfulfillment, and IT Procurement reports post optimizer runs.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets related to MM-APO-SNP.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP MM and APO-SNP support.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management, Material Master, and Supply Chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with MM17, LSMW/LTMC, MASSD, and CIF integration.
• Knowledge of Process Chain Monitoring, Heuristics, and APO planning concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to S/4 HANA integration with APO.
