Job Title: Transport Executive
Department: Facilities / Transport
Reporting To: Facility Manager / Sr. Manager – Operations
Job Purpose:
To efficiently manage employee transportation operations, vendor coordination, fleet management, compliance, and cost optimization, ensuring safety, timely service delivery, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily employee transportation (pick-up & drop schedules). Prepare and monitor route plans for cost efficiency and time optimization. Ensure vehicle availability, preventive maintenance, and minimal breakdowns. Handle contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with transport vendors. Monitor statutory compliance (RTO, permits, insurance, pollution, fitness certificates). Ensure employee safety via GPS tracking, route monitoring, and emergency procedures. Track transport costs, verify vendor invoices, and support budget preparation. Coordinate shuttle services, cabs, and transport for events or late-night shifts. Maintain MIS reports on transport utilization, vendor performance, and costs. Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and resolve employee complaints in a timely manner.
