Job Description
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies and report insights to management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior finance personnel to develop budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget adherence and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Handle vendor payments, customer invoices, and reconciliation of accounts. Ensure timely and efficient processing to maintain liquidity and compliance.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
- Cost and Expense Management: Track departmental expenses and work on cost-cutting initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Taxation Support: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate taxes, GST, VAT, and other relevant taxes.
Financial Systems Management: Support the maintenance and optimization of ERP systems and other financial management tools
