Role:- Executive (Ticketing)

Location- Mumbai

Responsibilties :-

1. Handling International & Domestic Air reservations/ ticketing

2. Attending queries, PNR creation & management, Itinerary pricing, fare quote, issuing

3. Handling reservation & routing experience

4. Automated tickets, and answering phone calls

5. Update DSR on daily basis

6. Ensure on telephony & email SLAs are met

7. Co-coordinating directly with Corporate and reverting on Emails & calls on their queries

8. Should have knowledge of travel process of all corporates

9. Should have strong knowledge on Air reservations & ticketing prices given any emergency travelling situation

10. Provide timely support for any emergency travel related service requirement

11. Updated on Air reservations and ticketing as per travel emergency requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience working on GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo

- Experience in Airline ticketing for corporates

- Hands on Experience in PNR issuance, re-issuance, cancellation
